About Natasha de Grunwald

I am a professional Thai Yoga Massage teacher & practitioner and a fully qualified Bowen Therapist with over 24 years of experience and an active database of clients. I was one of the pioneers of Thai massage in the UK, and I am the founder and principle tutor with London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage. I am continuously researching, developing and furthering my approach by learning cutting edge techniques and philosophies, and by increasing my depth of anatomical, energetic and spiritual knowledge.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Thai Yoga Massage - I am one of the pioneers of Thai massage in the UK. My training started in Thailand in 1990, I was lucky to be taught on a one-to-one basis at Wot Pho. I later studied in London and New Zealand with Asokananda, and completed his Master training course. I founded London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage in 2005, and teach accredited courses.

Bowen Technique - I completed my professional training with the European College of Bowen Studies. I have taken further advanced training with ECBS such as Sports Bowen, Diaphragm and TMJ workshops. I have also taken a fascial Bowen course with Howard Plummer, specialising in working with children and am booked on workshops for 2014 which will add to my skills of working with babies and pregnancy, advanced spinal techniques, pelvic and shoulder workshops. For a second year running I will also be attending a six day Integral Anatomy Dissection with Gil Hedley.
